As we all know, WWE "superstars" are listed as independent contractors and not full-time employees. It's not new, but it does prevent the subparstars from receiving certain amenities other corporations grant their employees, such as health care. Who betta than former independent contractors Kanyon, Raven, and Mike Sanders (he was employed by Vince McMahon???) to bring this lawsuit up? Can this lawsuit protect the talent from being future endeavor'd on a booker's whim?
