DiBiase is substituting for Butch Reed who is rather infamous for his no-shows (the Honky Tonk Man shows his appreciation). Seriously, who no-shows his/her challenge for a world championship? It's almost like no-showing the birth of your child, or something of that ilk.
Jim Ross moderates this discussion detailing the history of Hulkamania, which would have ran you over faster than a car on the Belt Parkway if you had lived in the 1980s.
