This fine home in Fayetteville, Georgia has six (6) bedrooms, five (5) baths, and one half bath. It was built in 2005, and sits atop 8.6 beautiful acres of land.
It's an absolutely exquisite private gated estate with pebble tech pool! Every imaginable upgrade has already been made. Coffered 10' ceilings. Heart pine floors, fully outfitted with appliances, and even has its own wet bar.
And this home can be yours, today, for the princely sum of $898,500. With the small, reasonable down payment of $179,700, the monthly payments could be as low as $4309.57!
One small catch applies, of course. If you're interested in finding out what that catch is, or why on earth I'm posting real estate ads on Backstage Powers, feel free to click through to the rest of this post.

September 10, 2006- PRIDE Fighting Championships "PRIDE- Final Conflict Absolute" PRIDE Openweight Grand Prix 2006 Tournament Semifinal... Mirko Filipovic and Wanderlei Silva hade fought each other before Cro Cop's career was just starting. Before PRIDE FC demanded that each match have a winner, these two fought each other to a stalemate. Now it's the openweight tournament, and someone has to win.
To get to the semifinal, Cro Cop convincingly pounded the tar out of "the Real Pro Wrestler" Ikuhisa Minowa and Olympic Gold Medalist Hidehiko Yoshida. The Axe Murderer entered the tournament on Fedor Emelianenko's bye and subsequent withdrawal and wiped the floor with Inoki-disciple Kazuyuki Fujita. Wanderlei Silva fights are always entertaining; and with the presence of the Cro Cop Left High Kick waiting to snap at its prey, this has the makings of an interesting fight.
September 10, 2006- PRIDE Fighting Championships "PRIDE- Final Conflict Absolute" PRIDE Openweight Grand Prix 2006 Tournament Semifinal... The Openweight Grand Prix Tournament put much of PRIDE's best fighters regardless of weight class in the ring. It wasn't to settle pound-for-pound disputes; it was just about victories. The winner of this match will face off against Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic, who head-kicked the tar out of "The Axe Murderer" Wanderlei Silva in the other semifinal.
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is looking to reclaim his status as the top heavyweight in the world; but since Fedor Emelianenko pulled out of the tournament, he has to settle with schooling Zuluzinho and surviving Fabricio Werdum. Josh Barnett has a bit of a tougher road as he managed to make both Aleksander Emelianenko and Mark Hunt tap. It's only too bad that this match will only be two rounds as it'll be interesting to see how Minotauro's Boxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu matches up with Barnett's catch/pro wrestling.
Just letting you know you: the flame shield is up; feel free to argue the match's result.
No. SRSLY. As I was saying in the podcast yesterday, Carano and Cyborg had the two hottest matches of the entire EliteXC event. Carano barely made the weight for the fight, and had to go through a sexy series of underwear changes.
So... yeah. You should totally watch this video. Unless, of course, you are more interested in Seth Petruzelli and his man-kisses. Go ahead. Look at those again. Don't watch this.
This is the episode in which we discuss mostly the events of the weekend past: namely, Kimbo getting sliced, and WWE's No Mercy 2008.
Also discussed are other matters of sports, as mocked and derided in a manner only Backstage Powers can. I should also drop in a quick liner note: this podcast doesn't necessarily "end" at its ending, because there's more that's brought to our attention regarding Seth Petruzelli after we wrapped. Think of it as a bonus track. Or don't; whatever, bitch.
